After attending a birthday party @ Polenamics for my friend Kiara, I absolutely knew what I wanted to do for my sissy's 25th bday! Pole dancing it is! Natasha was extemely helpful during the booking process and she is incredible on the pole. A party + Natasha = WINNING! December 10th we are in the building. Happy Bday Keeta! Thanks, Natasha!

What is a living social voucher and how do i get one?

If you are currently on the website, (which you should be if you are reading this) you do not have to call the studio to book a class or party. Use the links provided on each class or party page to view our current available time slots.

We generally have class at 6pm and 8pm daily. You may send a text to
504-432-6347 for information on the classes available that day. Or you my book a slot in the Level 1 class and enter "visit class" in the comment section.

Visit Polenamics Class Page and use the online scheduling link to view the time slots available by date. Choose a time slot, complete the request and submit.

With the overwhelming number of calls during this promotion and the rapid change in the schedule throughout the day, we are not able to accept class scheduling by phone.

Not Exactly, X-Pole sets a weight limit of 250 lbs. for the portable poles they manufacture. In order to do most of the tricks, it requires you to be able to hold your body weight on your arms or a combination of your arms and legs. Most of the dance moves do not require upper body strength however a large majority of the pole tricks require some upper body strength.

do you have to be a certain height and weight to do pole dancing?

We receive a high volume of calls daily and it is very difficult to handle calls during class times. So, we now have a pole chat room and I will be available to answer questions about the studio, scheduling, pricing, etc.
